Our Thursday and Tuesday masterminds are free, every week, for business owners in recovery. 375 founders have come through them. Donors are the reason they stay free.

Running a company sober gets lonely in a specific way. Your team can’t be your sounding board, your investors don’t want the whole story, and the networking happy hour is no help. Sober Founders puts founders in a confidential room with peers who understand both halves of the problem: the payroll and the recovery. We try to carry this message to every founder who is still building alone, and we can only do that because people give.

Why we ask for weekly gifts. Sober Founders runs on about $4,800 a week. The groups meet every week, so the most useful gift arrives the same way. Twenty people giving $20 a week cover a full year of outreach for the free Thursday group.

Sober Founders costs about $4,800 a week to run in 2026. Your gift keeps two masterminds free every week, puts them in front of founders who need them, and pays the small team that runs it all. Weekly and monthly gifts let us plan a year ahead instead of a month ahead.

Free weekly groups Thursday is open to any business owner in recovery, even on day one. Tuesday is for founders whose companies do $250K or more.
Outreach $19,000 a year puts the free Thursday group in front of founders who are still building alone.
