A sober entrepreneur and Delray Beach attorney who founded his boutique firm in 2012 after training at Holland & Knight, Greenberg Traurig, and Gunster. With a UM LL.M. in Estate Planning, he advises REITs, developers, lenders, and investors on real estate, corporate deals, and estate planning, and is a licensed title agent. An ultra‑marathoner and father of three, Chris brings recovery‑driven discipline and deal‑making rigor to the board.

An Arkansas‑born entrepreneur and founder of Razorback Electric, a Delray Beach–based electrical contractor he launched in 2012 and scaled from a one‑man truck to a systems‑driven, multi‑county team. He leads complex residential estates and commercial ground‑ups, with a focus on reliability, process, and customer experience. Now based in South Florida with his family, Derek brings blue‑collar grit, operator discipline, and scalable growth know‑how to the board.
